The SMART cleaning system offers a solution to many
conveyor belt cleaning problems, each unit is uniquely designed to suit
a specific conveyor. No two conveyors are identical, Variations in structure width, belt width, head drum configuration, angle of incline, position of gearbox, and the design of the discharge are catered for in the design We have SMART systems operating on conveyors with belt speeds varying between 0.3m/sec and 7.3m/sec, and on belt widths up to 3m wide. Research enables us to offer brushes designed to suit specific products developed to achieve optimum life whilst keeping costs down. |
